Refund Policy
Our satisfaction rate is exceptionally high, with over 95% of our customers returning for further orders. However, in the rare instances where issues arise, you can always refer to our Refund Policy.
We aim to ensure transparency in financial interactions between Experts and Customers regarding our services. The Company is responsible for delivering the Product promptly and in accordance with the Customer's requirements specified in the Order. If any commitments related to Order delivery are not met by the Expert, the Customer is eligible for a partial or full refund according to our Refund Policy.
General
The Website functions solely as a platform and will not be involved in any contracts made between Experts and Customers or any other services or materials provided by the Expert. The Company is not responsible for monitoring transactions between Customers and Experts.
Our Refund Policy allows you to request a refund if the Product was not delivered as per the requirements specified in your Order. Since our Website offers legitimate academic assistance services, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction!
To make our Policy as clear as possible, we outline situations where refunds are applicable:
No Expert Assigned Yet
This situation is rare, but if it occurs, you are entitled to a full 100% refund.
Late Cancellation
If an Expert has been assigned but you decide to cancel the Order, the refund amount ranges from 100% to 70% to cover the effort of the Company and the Expert in preparing the Product and services. This applies if the paper has not been uploaded yet. If the work is already completed, the case will be reviewed as a Disputed Claim by our Quality Assurance department, which will determine the refund amount.
Late Delivery
We will issue a refund to compensate for late delivery. The exact refund amount will be discussed with the Customer. No refund is available if the delay is due to the Customer’s failure to provide necessary information for order completion. Therefore, it’s best to submit all relevant information and sources at the time of placing the order.
If the Order is completed after the deadline but the Customer still requires the work, a partial refund may be considered.
Disputed Claims
If the Customer is dissatisfied and seeks a refund, the Quality Assurance Department will investigate. The decision on whether to approve or deny the refund will be based on the investigation results. We aim to ensure maximum Customer satisfaction and will strive to handle claims fairly.
Accidental Duplicate Order
If you place an Order by mistake, contact us as soon as possible. If the duplicate Order is confirmed as unnecessary, a full refund will be issued. If we do not receive a cancellation request before an Expert is assigned, the Order will be considered valid. You may still cancel the Order, but the refund policy outlined above will apply.
Two Invoices Received
If you are billed twice, notify us immediately, particularly if your Personal Balance remains unchanged. Send us both receipts so we can address the issue and process a refund for the extra charge. This situation is very rare, and we ensure that Customers are not billed more than once for a single order unless paid by mistake.
Content Originality
If there is a claim regarding the Product’s originality, a clear report with evidence from a reputable service is required; otherwise, no refund can be granted.
No Refund Entitlement
You are not entitled to a refund if:
- The Product was used for personal purposes or as part of another Order on the Website. In such cases, at least 70% of the contract price will be retained, subject to modification based on the QA Department's investigation.
- A lower grade than expected is received. We do not guarantee high grades. Our Website supports educational improvement, and we cannot offer refunds for failing grades as the Expert’s role is to assist based on the Order requirements.
- You were not admitted to an educational institution or did not pass an exam, test, or quiz. We do not guarantee improved admission chances or exam success. We provide educational materials but do not offer products intended for academic dishonesty.
- We cannot verify that the service was poorly provided, particularly in cases where: you bypassed the Website, placed an order on a third-party platform, or failed to comply with Website policies.
- The editing and proofreading Order did not meet expectations. You must provide clear requirements for the Order. We are not responsible for contextual errors or content originality issues. Refunds are not granted for quality issues in editing or proofreading orders, and any attempt to misuse these services will be considered malicious.
- The refund period has elapsed. Refunds are available within six months of the transaction date. Refunds beyond this period cannot be processed.
Refund Processing
Upon receiving refund confirmation, the Company typically processes it within 3 business days. We are not responsible for any bank transfer fees, anomalies, or delays due to bank service issues.
Refund processing depends on the payment date and may encounter issues due to independent payment card network processors. We cannot handle refunds affected by these processors.
Refunds cannot be transferred from one payment method to another.
Chargebacks
If a credit card company or other payment provider initiates a chargeback for your purchase, we may suspend access to all your accounts with us. Fees incurred from chargebacks or disputes are the Customer's responsibility.
Expired Account
Accounts inactive for more than 180 days will be considered expired and deleted. All associated personal data will also be erased.
Account Deletion
You may request account deletion anytime via the deactivate button in your account settings. There are no refunds for account deactivation. Before permanent deletion, there is a 14-day window where the account will appear temporarily deactivated, allowing you to decide if you want to reactivate it. If there is any remaining balance, contact our Support Team during this period.
If your account is suspended or deactivated due to policy violations, no refunds or exchanges for unused services or content will be issued.
Account deletion is permanent. To use our Products and Services again, a new account must be created.
Payment Services
We use third-party payment services to handle billing. Your balance is secure, and payments to Experts are processed through integrated secure transactions. We do not store payment information on our servers.
Data Provided by You
Billing information provided for Services is processed only by our payment partners. We do not collect or store this information. The Company is not responsible for any failures of third parties to protect your billing information.
Payments and Taxes
Payments are held and disbursed to the Expert upon order completion. Customers and Experts are responsible for transaction fees and applicable taxes. Registering on the Website is free, but a Service fee may apply to Orders. This fee is non-refundable except when the Order evaluation is 0%.
Payouts
Experts receive payment for confirmed Products through secure transactions via our payment services.
Other
Payments through the Website are for educational Services only and must not be used for fraudulent, criminal, or illegal activities.
Authorship After a Refund
If an Order is canceled, the Customer cannot use any Products provided before cancellation. The Company retains full authorship of canceled orders, and the Product will be marked as 100% not original.
Changes to This Policy
Any changes or updates to this policy will be posted on our Website. Major modifications will be communicated via email or the Website. The latest version of the Policy will be available on the Website.
